Alex Constantinople Joins Greycroft as Partner and CMO
Alex Constantinople has been named Greycroft’s newest Partner and Chief Marketing Officer. Alex will play a key role in shaping Greycroft’s brand and supporting our entrepreneurs as they build the next generation of category-defining companies.
With over 30 years of experience in strategic marketing and communications, Alex has an established track record of driving growth and leading brands through pivotal moments. She has held leadership roles as the CMO of Zendesk, a leading customer service software company, and CEO of Outcast, a global communications firm with clients ranging from groundbreaking startups to Fortune 500 companies.
Alex has also held marketing and communications roles at GE, NBC, Condé Nast, and CNN and has served as an Operating Advisor at Bessemer Venture Partners and an Advisor to Inflection AI. Throughout her career, Alex has played a key role in shaping the brand narratives of some of the world’s most innovative companies, helping them navigate critical transformations.
Alex is passionate about how storytelling can directly impact a company’s growth and strategic direction. She enjoys collaborating with leadership teams to craft clear, compelling narratives that position both early-stage startups and established businesses for long-term success. Her insight and guidance will be instrumental in driving the growth of Greycroft and supporting our portfolio companies as they scale.
After nearly two decades in the Bay Area, Alex has recently relocated with her family back to New York, and is based in Greycroft’s NYC office.
