Ashley Valentine Joins Greycroft as Chief People Officer

Ashley Valentine joins Greycroft as our Chief People Officer based in San Francisco. Ashley will lead the development and execution of people strategies that contribute to the firm’s overall success.

With over 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational development, Ashley brings a wealth of expertise to Greycroft. She most recently served for over a decade as the Executive Director of Human Capital at Rockwood Capital, driving impactful organizational change. Previously, she held senior HR leadership roles at RS Investments, Barclays Global Investors, and BlackRock, spearheading company-wide initiatives, leading cultural transformations, and enhancing employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

A trusted advisor on human capital best practices, Ashley is passionate about cultivating inclusive, high-performing teams that align with organizational values and deliver measurable results. In her role at Greycroft, Ashley’s leadership will build on the strength of the team and success of the firm as we continue to scale.

She holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from East Carolina University. She is also a certified New Ventures West Integral Coach®.
